EOM looks to achieve one simple goal for our clients - added Consumer Engagement.

Each dealer enterprise we encounter is unique - with a signature culture, product line, and ownership element. For this reason, a true assessment of both the organization and it’s desired goals is undertaken before we are hired.
Only then can we make make recommendations that truly suit a dealership.

It is for this reason that we market no products, have no pre-arranged contracts with other distributors and earn no revenues beyond our agreement with you.
Objectivity is what you can expect from Echelon - and our objective is your success.

Surface Assessment

Our relationship starts with our observation.

Your organization’s strengths and goals need to be recognized as much - or more so - than any shortcomings.
Before a contract, EOM requires a working half-day onsite to assess these strengths, find your opportunities, and report to you what we believe can be accomplished.

This is a complete and professional assessment, provided by presentation and in print. Whether or not we move forward with a contract, this assessment report is objective and valuable.

Engagement

With clear, agreed-upon goals and a mutual path decided, we set out to find progress.

Organizational buy-in is paramount; but once achieved, we will assimilate into the daily workflow, garner crucial intelligence on what is needed for production, and apply it.
EOM suggests no operations we wont execute ourselves or train your team to accomplish. We assess the process, devise an improvement strategy, apply tactics in real-time, and train your team through it all.
A contract is 60 days (two calendar months) from initiation to completion with EOM onsite approximately 25 hours per week, with in-person updates to management.

Continuity

A continued application of our mutual strategy is even more crucial than EOM’s time with your organization.

Echelon’s objective is to find work-flow and culture changes that result in perpetual progress. We assess, we learn, we integrate, we execute - but most of all, we educate and we train you and your team.
It is for this goal that we do not sell you more service or any product.

A 30 day one-time extension to our contract can be opted for if both EOM and your organization deem the work begun requires it, but Echelon’s intent and policy is to bring your team self-sufficiency in client engagement progress.

60 days following a completion of contract (whether contract be 60 days or 90 days), a complimentary surface assessment will again be performed.
